Warranty Overview
AUTOGEN provides a 12-month warranty from the purchase date and lifetime technical support. This warranty extends to 18 months when you register for our membership program.

You can return undamaged products within 30 days for a full refund, no questions asked. To ensure a successful return, please follow these guidelines:
- Include all accessories and original packaging.
- The buyer covers shipping for non-quality related claims.
- Refunds for non-quality related issues will only cover the product cost.
- Ensure all return conditions are met; otherwise, your return may be rejected.
- Keep your receipt or proof of purchase handy.
- To initiate a return, contact the original order channel within 30 days of receipt.
Return Process
- Email your order number to service@autogentech.com.
- Upon approval, you will receive our warehouse address for returns.
- Expect your refund within 10 working days after we receive the returned product.
Warranty Claims for Quality-Related Issues
All quality-related defects are covered by the 12-month warranty. If a replacement is requested, the warranty period will continue from the original purchase date.
Shipping Costs
Buyers are responsible for shipping in the following scenarios:
- Returns for non-defective reasons

- Unauthorized returns outside the approved process

AUTOGEN is not liable for losses incurred from the use of our products.
When using a prepaid shipping label provided by AUTOGEN, we assume responsibility for any damage or loss in transit. For non-quality returns, the buyer is responsible for any damage or loss.
